Abstract

There are various steps in drug designing one among them is finding the right target, to understand the efficiency of drug. Many bioinformatics tool are used to understand the features of drug like Multiple Sequence Alignment, CLUSTAL-W, EMBOSS, Needleman–Wunsch algorithm are used. Tools are like CADD are used in drug development and designing.
