Abstract

Magnesium and its derivatives especially, Magnesium Sulfate (MgSO4) is a drug  which a various therapeutic dynamics. Among the several features, the key properties of Magnesium Sulfate is they decrease the acetylcholine by inhibiting the action of Neuromuscular Junction (NMJ). It  causes skeletal muscle relaxation, CNS depressant effect etc.
