Technological advancements are significantly transforming cancer care by enhancing diagnostic accuracy, treatment strategies, and overall patient outcomes. This review examines emerging innovations, including artificial intelligence (AI), precision medicine, advanced imaging technologies, robotics,and their roles in modern oncology. The integration of these advanced technologies has markedly improved early cancer detection, accurate diagnosis, therapeutic interventions, and patient management. Developments in precision medicine, robotics, advanced imaging are reshaping oncology by enabling personalized and efficient healthcare delivery. AI-driven diagnostic systems improve the accuracy and speed of cancer detection at earlier stages, while genomic technologies support targeted therapies tailored to an individual patient’s genetic profile. Furthermore, robotic-assisted surgical procedures and advancements in radiotherapy, such as proton therapy, provide enhanced precision with minimized adverse effects. In addition, wearable health devices facilitate improved access to healthcare services and enable continuous patient monitoring. Although challenges related to accessibility, economic cost, and data management remain, these technological innovations demonstrate substantial potential to revolutionize cancer care, improve survival rates, and enhance the quality of life for patients worldwide.
