Abstract

Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) is the most common childhood malignancy. We report a case of a 3-year-old male presenting with anemia, thrombocytopenia, and leukopenia. Hematological investigations showed pancytopenia with circulating blasts. Flow cytometry confirmed B-cell lineage acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Early diagnosis and referral for oncological management were initiated. This case highlights the importance of hematological screening in pediatric patients with unexplained cytopenia.
