Pharmacological Action of Drug used For Parkinson-Comprehensive Review

Abstract

The clinical condition called Parkinson’s Disease (PD) is a chronic progressive neurological motor neuron disorder caused by the extensive loss of the dopaminergic neurons in the pars compacta of the substantia nigra, with a resulting loss of dopamine. The primary clinical symptoms of PD is  rigidity, bradykinesia, tremors  and  the secondary symptoms like sialogogue, seaborrhea.
